Upcoming Events
Hang tight while we look up scheduled events...
red cross blood drive
The American Red Cross is facing a national blood crisis – its worst blood shortage in over a decade! NDUMC is thrilled to be hosting regular blood drives on the second Monday each month, from 3:00 to 7:00 PM.
We need your help! Volunteers are needed to help set up, to welcome donors, to make sure the snacks and drinks are ready (so important!), and more. Contact Charles Chamber at 404-484-3023 or chamberscharlesatl@gmail.com to volunteer.
To schedule an appointment to donate, please visit redcrossblood.org and use the sponsor code “NorthDecaturUMC”.

If you are involved in the Visitation Ministry or would like to learn more about calling, writing, and visiting our seniors, you are invited to a quick meeting after worship on the second Sunday of each month. Contact Rev. Harlene with any questions.

l'arche atlanta
Ways to Volunteer with L'Arche:
Build community with us. Our community events and Connexions groups extend our mission beyond our home to the many families in Atlanta that include adults with disabilities. Want to help create a place of welcome for these families? We always need help with set-up, hosting, and clean-up at our events.
Offer a specialized skill. Over the years, we’ve found that specialized skills can be key to helping others belong. From serving on a Board of directors to capturing photographs to making electrical repairs, we invite you to inquire about how your skill could advance our mission.
Join us for a meal. Love cooking? We invite you to share a home-cooked dinner with our house. We deeply appreciate our monthly cooks — and the joy of welcoming them to our table.
Garden with us. Have a passion for plants? Us too! We recently acquired four garden beds, and would love to work alongside you to maintain them.
