Meditation Workshop February 22 @ 11am in the Fellowship Hall Susannah Bales, a certified Psychotherapist, graduate of Candler School of Theology, and Children's Minister at Embry Hills UMC, is joining us to lead a hands on meditation workshop geared towards children. The goal will be to equip you and your child(ren) with tools and resources to help deal with childhood anxiety and hyper-activity. We will spend about an hour on meditation practices and tips, after which lunch will be provided and the parents will have the opportunity to ask Susannah and myself questions while the children play under the supervision Family Ministry Staff.
